Our live Restore class, delivered to you in the comfort of your own home. The class is led by our physiotherapist and demonstrated by our Pilates instructor. Learn modifications for the exercises which suit your condition. Access physio advice through the chat function on the webinar if you are struggling with any of the exercises.
The class will be hosted on Zoom and will start promptly at 10am. Please try to login by 9.55am to ensure that you don’t miss the start of the class. We ask that when you join the session that you have your cameras switched off and your phones on mute. Should you have any questions during the session, please use the chat function on zoom to communicate with Michelle.
The class has been designed for all levels and capabilities. Michelle will be on hand (via the chat function) to advise you of any amendments of adjustments should you need whilst Lucy will be demonstrating the exercises for you to follow.
What you will need
A yoga mat
A small cushion or pillow
A chair close to hand should you find kneeling problematic
A glass of water
A pair of light weights (1kg-2kg), or a couple of cans of baked beans

Each participant will be required to complete a short health and fitness questionnaire before joining our online classes.
We want you to enjoy your online class provided by Restore and Reform. Because we can’t be there with you, it’s important that you take responsibility for your own practise by acknowledging and respecting your own physical limitations. If you have any concerns about your physical health, you should seek advice from your doctor or health care provider before beginning any of the online classes delivered by Restore and Reform.
